Applying for a library card is easy. You will need the following when you come to the library:

1. Driver's license or other picture ID with birthdate

2. Picture ID must have current address

3. If a Wyoming County resident, the township of your home address

4. Phone number

5. Email address, if you have one

6. Name, address & phone number of a contact person (someone we can call if we can't reach you)
