The
Tunkhannock Public Library's
Story Time continues this fall. Readers choose stories, songs and craft themes
that are
suitable for pre-schoolers.

The Tunkhannock Public Library is a center of activities for the entire county. The Community Room calendar is used by countless organizations for their meetings. In addition, there are concerts and seminars held there that are open to the public. The weekly list of events is posted in the lobby. |

The Library is famous for its Schedule of
Summer Programs for children.
Reading and spending time at the Library is definitely a cool thing to
do. The schedule for summer programs is usually announced around the
middle of May. Informational flyers will be distributed to all of
the area elementary schools, as well as the fifth graders in the middle school.

There is always a fund-raiser in
the works at the Library. By participating in one of the
events such as the
Wine
Tasting,
the
George Gay Founder's Day
Olympics, Golf Tournament,
or the
Christmas Show, community members can support the work of the
Library and have fun, too. |
