If you are looking for a low impact workout that isolates, tones, strengthens muscles while encouraging positive body identification and self esteem and is  uniquely fun, please give Belly dancing a try.

Class times:

Beginners: Wednesday 6-7 PM

Intermediates: Wednesday 7- 8 PM

Price: $10 per class or $50 for 6 weeks (1class per week)
